Women’s Winter Retreat:
Anchoring Stillness &
Embracing the Shadow
Join us for an unforgettable journey of healing and rejuvenation at a serene hot spring nestled in the heart of Colorado's mountains.
Do you feel stuck, exhausted, or lacking in motivation? If so, you’re not alone. Many women are currently feeling disconnected from themselves, their purpose, and their innate wisdom. Throughout history, women would gather and share space with their community- supporting, inspiring, and uplifting one another. Unfortunately, this type of support is something that the majority of women in our modern culture don’t experience. If within your heart you feel the desire to be deeply seen, heard, and understood, this retreat is for you.
Imagine a weekend where you can truly be yourself—no masking, no pressure, no inhibitions, no pretending to be someone you’re not. A weekend where you can show up just as you are, knowing and feeling that who you are is enough. A weekend where you will be met by a supportive circle of women who find strength in vulnerability, will meet you without judgment, hold space for your pain, and celebrate your accomplishments.
Winter is the season of stillness, hibernation, and storage. As a retreat participant, you will have support and guidance as we offer the opportunity to look inwards this winter. While you experience a sense of connection and support from a strong community of women, you will also have the opportunity to do some inner work and explore yourself on a deeper, more personal level.
This retreat will include:
✨ Women's Circles for heartfelt connection and support
✨ Shadow Work to explore and integrate repressed aspects of self
✨ Sound Bowl Meditations to recalibrate your inner harmony
✨ Somatic Exercises to support nervous system balance
✨ Cacao Ceremony to open your heart and feel a deep connection to community
✨ Creative Self Expression Time
✨ Hot Spring Soaking all weekend to assist relaxation and integration
If most of your attempts at expressing your vulnerability and authentic self have been met by other women with judgment or jealousy, then experiencing a deep, authentic connection to women in a safe container such as our retreat offers may be just what you are needing. This type of connection can quench an intense thirst to feel recognized and acknowledged in a far deeper way than what is mirrored on the surface.
While we hope some profound insights and personal growth occurs during the retreat, we understand that doing this work is a continuous process that doesn’t near completion overnight. One of our goals during the retreat is to teach you some important skills to continue the transformational journey of doing the inner work after the retreat ends.
This retreat is all-inclusive, so the price includes a two-night stay on location at Joyful Journey Hot Springs and Spa, all meals during the duration of the retreat, and hot spring soaking. Complimentary snacks and tea will also be provided during the retreat.
